ABSTINENCE

The Abstinence Loop is for those who are committed to eating three moderate meals a day with no sugar and a 50 calorie planned snack or their individual food plan; the decision is up to the member. At the end of each day, please write this list saying "I DID IT ~ ONE DAY AT A TIME" or share about your day in any way you like. Please, however, keep your sharing about abstinence and how you did that day. The mission of this loop is to have a place to be accountable to others and in doing that, it will hopefully be easier to reach your abstinence goals each day.
